No Law but Love

It's a love affair. No matter what the situation is, its circumstances are governed by this love and love that creates faith: that God loves you and you love God, and you love one another, and that brings the faith we need.

Perfect faith is pure, just as pure as love is. When you love somebody such as your  wife, there's no need of anybody telling you that you don't do it, because you do do it, and you know you do it. Now, if I'd ask you, "How can you prove you do it?" "Oh, I prove it by the way I live true to her. I'm a true, honest husband. I'm a loyal, honest husband, and that proves to me that I love my wife." Your life proves what you are.

It's the same thing Christianity does. By your faith, you have confidence in one another; it's pure. And there's something real, that you can't show to somebody else, yet you have it, and your actions prove it.

Deuteronomy 6:5 - And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Mathew 22 - Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Mark 12:33 - And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

It's more than all the works or sacrifices. There's no law but love in the new testament.

He said He would write the law on the tables of our hearts. They are written on the heart! We do the law out of love because His love burns in us our hearts, that love produces faith in Him. We can believe Him because we love Him and faith is the victory that overcomes the world. But it's got to start with his Love being born in our hearts by the Holy Ghost. After He, the Bridegroom has wooed us and courted us to Himself, shown His love for us and to us and when we see that great love, how could we not fall head over heals and say "I do," when he asks us to become one with Him. And He is the Word. His commandments are not grievous. We submit naturally to his wishes because we have become one with him. We are so head over heals in love how could it be grievous? It's a love affair. Red hot! Burning love in my heart for my Bridegroom. There's no law but love.

If He even looks at me funny for what I did wrong, it would about break my heart. I wouldn't want to hurt him for nothing. His every wish is my command. Just one little nod from him is all it takes. The mark of a true Christian is not whether or not we fail Him but our attitude after we fail. Do we cover up? Do we make excuses and justify our shortcomings? Or do we get down right away and cry out for mercy and humble ourselves before Him. That's the trouble with the theologians, they don't know Him as Adam "knew" His wife Eve. That closeness. That's why we see the big cover up, instead of a repentance. They make a creed to cover their own shortcomings and call it righteous. Like the formal churches have no miracles in their midst so, instead of praying and getting right they make a creed that says the days of miracles are past! Or we don't need that, Bro Branham did that for us. It's to cover up for the lack of the Baptism of the Holy Ghost which gives us the Power of God.

They also make a creed for the lacking of the fruit of the spirit...because they are not born again and have tempers and hate in the heart and justify it with creeds, false creeds. A cover up of religion. Instead of facing the cold hard facts and getting on the knees and repenting! And staying there till we are changed in His image and come out a born again son of God, with the same life of Christ manifesting through us. Same love. Same burden for the lost. Same believing the Fathers Word, same everything. Same fruit of the Spirit. A true son will repent when he sees he lacks.

When the Light is shone upon the seed of God in the heart it begins to grow, and will grow to maturity and produce CHRIST, not a church creed or theologian or a bunch of legalism. There's no law but love with a new testament of His life's Blood believer. All that the father has given will come Jesus said. We love Him so much we wouldn't dare cheat on Him by looking at a false creed or commit spiritual fornication. Love keeps us true not a law of threat of divorce but Love for the Groom. If its just a law, then we are legalists.

Paul spoke of a woman that can't marry if her husband is alive. For her to remarry her first husband must be dead.  And our first husband (Head), the church must be dead to us before Christ will take us. He wont marry a woman that is already married to another living man. He must be DEAD! Gone and buried. Its not good enough just to be divorced. Many of us come out (divorce) of the denomination but don't come into Christ. The head must be more than divorced, it must be DEAD before He will marry us, for He is not an adulterer. A lot of us try and bring him along with us to the marriage with Christ. We want 2 husbands.

Well, when your HEAD (Husband) is Christ the Word it shows up plain and clear. If the Word is our HEAD we obey it. If the creed is our head, we obey that. Our headquarters is not in Jeffersonville or Tucson but in heaven! We cant make the mistake of just coming out physically. "Their lips confess Me but their heart is far from Me." God wants our heart. Man wants our body as another number in church to be bigger that the other church and Satan goes after the head with reasoning and such. We are to cast down reasonings and just believe our Head, the Word. Pentecost wants a feeling or a gift without regard to the Word. "I am God and I change not." He isn't an errand boy, "Lord gimmy this", "Lord do that", "Lord at my command." He ain't one of these American sissy's that let the wife run the house. God runs His house. He is the head of the Body. We do his bidding. He don't do ours. The woman was made for the man not the man for the woman and the church was made for Christ, for His enjoyment and pleasure. The earth is His footstool. Oh my. I want an unchanging God that's a real MAN! Not a wishy washy thing that changes with politics. That's not God! That's a man made imagination, a religion all right, "well, if we say anything about worldliness we will lose half our church" Well, we would be better off on the street corner and right with God! Compromising illegitimate children.

The mom was the church but the dad was a false creed and not Christ the Word. It produces this mess, a hybrid religion. A million miles from the original at Acts. If it don't measure up to the mirror of God's Word, throw it out! It must mirror the original.

It's a love affair, with the law not thrown out but it's written on the tables of our heart, not in stone but in love... we have no law but love!

Abraham was the father of our faith and Abraham was given the promise. Did God call Abraham because he kept His law to the letter? No way!  God called him and made His covenant with him, unconditionally. God gave Abraham the grace covenant of "I have saved you and given you this land, and not only you, but your Seed," without conditions. Wow! No conditions?

When God makes a covenant with man, man breaks his covenant every time. Man never did keep his covenant with God. The law was never kept by man. We couldn't keep the law then and we can't keep the law now. Man's always trying to do something to please God himself, when just can't do it. It's in man's his nature.

It started in the Garden of Eden. As soon as man found out he was naked in the Garden, he made some fig leaf aprons to cover himself. But he soon found out they didn't work. There's nothing a man can do can save himself or please God. God saved us unconditionally. As soon as we try and put our own doing in it, we leave the unconditional grace covenant and are lost because we can never keep every Word of God.

We are saved by grace through faith. There's nothing that we can do. It's what He already did. He did what we couldn't do. If you could do it yourself, then He wouldn't have had to die. But He died in order to save you, where you could not save yourself. There's an old saying, "God helps those who help themselves." We know that's wrong but, the legalist's version is, "God helps those who keep His Word." That's also completely backwards. The Truth is if we could keep His Word we wouldn't need His Blood. God helps those who can't keep His Word.

If you can help yourself by keeping His Word, God expects you to do it. God helps those who cannot help themselves, so God by His grace helps us to keep His Word.

The dispensation of legalism is GONE! Now, the the real royal Seed has come who gave Abraham and His seed the promise with no conditions. He took all the legalism upon Himself, and paid the price for it all! As a result God's Church is back in grace again. Not under legalism, it's under grace and the promise of God.

In the Message today we have so many legalists that when a sinner comes to the Lord, we don't treat them like Paul did when the Philippian jailer said, "What must I do to be saved?" What do many of our legalistic Message churches say today? "You need to quit smoking, quit drinking stop lusting after women. Sisters, quit cutting your hair, start wearing long dresses, wash off the paint and learn these Message creeds, come to church, pay your tithes and so on...."

Paul, that grace preacher told him, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ." Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, not, "Come, join the Message, change your creed to a Message creed, start dressing and acting up to the message standard and dress code." No, He said, "Just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou and thy house shall be saved."

The Bible is a love letter, it's not a bunch of legalistic standards given for us to live by for threat of condemnation or spiritual divorce.

Oil and water does not mix, neither does law and grace.
