The Token
"The Blood shall be a Token for you. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, when I smite the land!"
Mixing and Separating
Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. Leviticus 19:19
God wants separation, He does not want mixing. The worldly message church wants mixing, the Bride desires separation.
When God called Abraham out of Chaldea, the city of Ur, God told him, "Separate yourself from your kindred and from your people and from your associates. Separate from everything, and come out and stand alone for Me." God did that with His elect from the beginning to the end. He has always said "Come out from among them. Be ye separate and then and only then is when I'll bless you."
The lukewarm message church wants mixers, but God wants separators. Separating from all the world and unbelief. They will compromise a little here and there to be a mixer. They will not teach the whole Truth for the sake of mixing with other message churches. They want to stay mainstream and mix with the others. They won't allow the new birth or the mourners bench in their churches or much of the Spirit of Pentecostal Acts because they want to be mixers. The new birth is just too messy when the message big-wigs come visiting. They need to cut that out to properly mix. They can't have Pentecostal crying and screaming and snotting and beating down at the altar because that don't mix with mainstream message.
But God wants separators. He said, "separate Me Paul and Barnabas for a work I have for them." If you are going to work for God, you need to separate from nominal message churches and go out on the backside of the desert where God can bless you with the burning bush as He separated Moses from Israel. Then you can come back with THUS SAITH THE LORD, let my people go! But if you keep right on mixing, knowing it's worldly, God can't bless you.
When Israel was down in Egypt they were the "people of God" but when they separated from the world and came out of Egypt and started towards the promised land then they became the Church of God. The word "church" means "called out" or "separated ones."
God is always calling out and separating so He can bless
His elect. He separated Luther from the Catholic Church and blessed him but in
time the Lutherans started mixing again and died.
God called message people out of denomination by the
message, but in time we started mixing again. We have a need to be like the rest
of the world (churches), till there's not much difference between them, except
dress codes, different doctrine and one follows a prophet. It's more mixing and
a far cry from the faith of the Apostolic fathers the message was sent to bring
us back to by separating us from denomination and lukewarmness.
We need old time separated preachers that'll preach the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ and call black black, and white white, and lay the Gospel where it will. As John the Baptist said, "The axe is laid to the root of the tree." Give us some more preachers like that. We'll get back to God's way then and only then. John's axe separated the tree from it's roots. And we need to be separated from our mixing message roots and start believing the truth of the message and that separation will cost us everything. We may look and feel alone but that burning bush will come, guaranteed. But one bush needs to be cut down before the burning bush can come.
We don't want that old doctrine of Balaam, marrying into the worldly spirit of the message churches. That's what defeated Israel, and that's why many of us are defeated today. We are message church apologists, weak and defeated with no Power because we spiritually intermarried and are joined into the "daughters" of lukewarm message churches.
The daughter of Jezebel married into the house of Judah and brought it right into idolatry and causing God to deliver Judah to death, the same as Balaam did. Jezebel was a pagan, Judah a proper worshiper, living in the Word. So Jezebel marries her daughter to Jehoram. The minute that happens, Jehoram caused the people to become idolaters. The minute that marriage took place Judah was dead. Spiritual death came in.
The minute that the message churches married into the spirit of mixing, death and idolatry came in and they died. The Spirit left, though they don't believe it. That mixed marriage brought death and idolatry. God can't work through the dead. He can only work through the living members. Those living members are outside of message Babylon. Now we know why message churches are so dead and idolatry dominates. There's no hope for them, only individuals who will separate. Not come out of the message, but separate from the mixing and come into the true message.
MATTHEW 10:34-37 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
"On the day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit came from
heaven, same place the manna come from, like a rushing mighty wind, filled all
the house where they were setting; cloven tongues set upon them like fire. They
went out of there, screaming, and acting like drunk men, dancing, staggering,
screaming, slobbering, and everything else. Did you ever see an old drunk coming
home? Boy, he's taking both sides the street, "Hello, stranger." Nothing
bothering him. "And there's no condemnation to them that's in Christ Jesus, that
walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit," Romans 8:1. Here they come,
coming home, now staggered under the impact of the Holy Spirit, which was God's
Manna come down from heaven, and It's fell from that day down to this day.
Every... We know what the omer was, kept full, that every priest entering in
could eat a mouthful of the original manna. How long was this Manna to last?
Reviewing what it was last night, in the lesson, Peter said, "Repent, every one
of you, be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins;
you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost; for the promise is unto you, to
your children, to them that's far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall
call." The Holy Ghost is just the same Holy Ghost tonight as It was back there
at the beginning. Can we take it? Yes, sir.
The church comes to Kadesh. What you
going to do? Here we are. They say... Now, every individual, you're each one at
Kadesh; we come there. And you say, "Now, if I--if I go up there and
get some of that holy-roller religion they talk about, my mammy will turn me out
of the home." There you are, at Kadesh. Can you do it? Yes, God
promised it to you. "I come not to bring peace, but a sword. I come to separate
father and mother, husband, wife, sister, brother, and everything. And he that
won't forsake his own and follow Me, is not worthy to be called Mine. And he
that puts his hand to the plow and even turns to look back is not worthy."
That's right. Brother, I tell you, it means a whole lot more than run up and
shaking hands with the preacher and a few drops of water sprinkled on you.
That's right. Brother, it runs a whole lot more than walking up to the altar and
taking communion, and walking back, and set down in your seat. It means a
selling-out, dying-out, brother, and getting an old fashion, backwoods,
sky-blue, sin-killing religion that don't wash you white, but--don't whitewash
you, but washes you white (Hallelujah.), cleans you up, burns you out, scours
you out, sterilizes you, and make you a new person. Amen. That's old sassafras
kind, brother, but, I tell you, It'll stick to your ribs. Get some of it. That's
right, It'll hold you through the trials. Amen. I feel like shouting, pretty
near. That's pretty big for... Yes, sir. When I think of it, brother, it's
secured. God said so. Can we take it? Sure, we can take it. "In the last days
I'll pour out My Spirit, and I'll show signs and wonders." Hallelujah. He said
He would do it. God promised it. We're at Kadesh; let's go get it.
Somebody's been over and brought back some grapes. I know the land's good.
That's right. Let's go over and get some of them." - WMB
AMOS 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Many times these unity meetings in the message are proselyting meetings. Each pastor is trying to get sheep from the other. Pastors should not be traveling in these meetings, that's for evangelists, but they have cut that ministry completely out. The only unity we need is to be unified with Christ. If we are, then and only then does unity with one another matter and it will come naturally. You don't need to force it upon people.
